What happens next?
- Please follow the requirements as outlined in the above-referenced California Code of Civil Procedures.
- Please provide the Sheriff’s Office with your original third-party claim form plus two copies.
- The Sheriff’s Office will date stamp your claim and serve it to the creditor within five days of receipt.
