Community high school graduation for at-risk adults from Five Keys Schools and Programs

San Francisco, Calif., May 8, 2018 -- One of the city’s top law enforcement agencies is poised to play a pivotal role in the June 5, 2018 election.

A San Francisco Superior Court Judge rejected a challenge to a key part of the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office groundbreaking, Transgender, Gender Variant and Non-Binary (TGN) policy and procedures. The San Francisco Deputy Sheriff’s Association (DSA) had filed the challenge to the search policy on February 23, 2018.

San Francisco, CA, February 22, 2018 -- The San Francisco Sheriff’s Office (SFSO) received $300,000 in funding for two body scanners in the 2017-18 budget through Sheriff Vicki Hennessy’s leadership. Final contract approval from the San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (OCA) is expected soon with anticipated delivery by July 2018.
